Q: Do you deliver?

 

Yes, we offer delivery. Charges for delivery are determined by location, size, and quantity of your order and set up/tear down.

 

 

Q: Can I pick up my items?

 

Yes, you can pick up your rental items. All rentals must be transported in a fully enclosed vehicle/trailer.  We’ll have your order ready- all you need to bring is some help & moving supplies.  

 

Q: Can I come and see your shop in person?

 

Absolutely! Please be sure to contact us to schedule your private showing.

 

Q: Do you require a deposit?

 

Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit along with a signed agreement and credit card on file in order to reserve rental items for your event date.

 

Q: I have some items to sell. Would The Happy Hiccup be interested in buying them?

 

Please send us a photo along with any other relevant information to info@happyhiccup.com and we’d be happy to take a look.

 

Q: Do you create any custom work?

 

Please send us your vision. We'd be more than happy to create items based on your vision. This is something that The Happy Hiccup excels in.

 

Q. I don't see what I'm looking for...

 

We love treasure hunting! We're part of an exclusive network of unique vendors across the United States. Chances are if you want it, we can get it. Also, many of our items in our inventory are waiting in line to get their headshots taken for the website, so there’s a chance we might have what you need.
